PURPOSE AND EFFECT: The purpose and effect of this rule development notice is to address rule amendments for flounder. The effect of the rule amendments would be to increase the minimum size limit, reduce the recreational bag limit, establish seasonal commercial trip and vessel limits, establish a November recreational closure, and extend all FWC regulations into federal waters.
