NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that on June 21, 2023, the Department of Health, received a petition for variance from Kritika Shakya representing Lwin Family CO. LLC, DBA Hissho Sushi @ Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University. The petitioner seeks a variance from Chapter 64E-11, Florida Administrative Code, which references section 3-502.11(c), 2013 FDA Food Code, requiring a food establishment to obtain a variance from the regulatory authority as specified in section 8-103.10 and under section 8-103.11 before using food additives or adding components such as vinegar to render a food so that it is not Time/Temperature Control of Safety food.
