NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN THAT on May 27, 2008, the Department of Children and Family Services, received a petition for Waiver of subsection 65C-15.017(3), F.A.C., from Children’s Home Society and Maribel Gomez, assigned Case No. 08-013W. Subsection 65C-15.017(3), F.A.C., states agency staff responsible for performing casework services shall have a bachelor’s degree in social work or related area of study or a master’s degree in social work or a related area of study form an accredited college or university.
