Project Name: Continuing Contract for Construction Management Services – Northwest Florida
Project Location: Northwest Florida
The State of Florida, Department of Management Services, Division of Real Estate Development and Management requests qualifications from Construction Management at Risk firms located in Northwest Florida. These contracts may be used for projects anywhere in the State of Florida; however, it is anticipated that the firms selected during this process will be activated for projects in the northwest part of Florida. The Northwest Region is defined as all counties west of and including Taylor and Madison County. The Department of Management Services may enter into a contract with no less than three (3) construction management firms with responsibility for performance of construction contracts not to exceed $2,000,000.00 per project. This will be a multiple award contract for an initial period of two (2) years with an option to renew for an additional two (2) year period.
