NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that on July 07, 2017, the Department of Business and Professional Regulation, Division of Hotels and Restaurants, Bureau of Elevator Safety, received a petition for Lucerne Tower Apt at 20 W Lucerne Circle, Orlando, FL. Petitioner seeks an emergency variance of the requirements of Rule 3004.1 FBC, as adopted by subsection 61C-5.001(1), Florida Administrative Code, that requires upgrading the elevators with hoistway ventilation which poses a significant economic/financial hardship.
