NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Board of Nursing has received the petition for declaratory statement from Deborah C. Bueno, on July 6, 2018. The petition seeks the agency’s opinion as to the applicability of 464.003, F.S. as it applies to the petitioner.

The Petitioner seeks a Declaratory Statement from the Board with regard to whether writing a Do Not Resuscitate (“DNR”) order on a hospitalized inpatient who requests that designation is within the scope of practice of an advanced practice registered nurse (“ARNP”) as defined in 464.003, F.S. Except for good cause shown, motions for leave to intervene must be filed within 21 days after the publication of this notice.
