The petition seeks the agency’s opinion as to the applicability of Section 405.3.1, Florida Building Code 5th edition (2014), Plumbing as it applies to the petitioner.

Petitioner seeks clarification as to whether the build out on the left front corner of a bathtub is considered a sidewall or an obstruction.
