    NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that on July 5, 2016, the Board of Podiatric Medicine received a petition for variance or waiver filed by Carol A. Kartagener, Esquire. Petitioner is seeking a variance or waiver of subsection 64B18-12.006(3), Florida Administrative Code, which states that the fee for biennial renewal of an inactive license shall be three hundred fifty dollars ($350.00) if the fee is received by the Department during the timeframe established by the Department as the time for such renewal.
