The Notice of Petition for Declaratory Statement was published in Volume 43, No. 59, of the March 27, 2017, Florida Administrative Register. The Board considered the Petition at its meeting held on April 14, 2017, in Altamonte Springs, Florida. The Board’s Order, filed on June 29, 2017, answers the question in the affirmative. The applicability of this Declaratory Statement is limited to the set of facts incorporated in the Order.
