NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that on July 06, 2017, the Florida Housing Finance Corporation, received a petition for waiver from Amelia Court at Creative Village Partners, Ltd requesting to waive subsection 67-48.002(95), F.A.C. and provision of rule-adopted 2015 Housing Credit Qualified Allocation Plan to allow exchange of 2016 Housing Credits for 2017 Housing Credits.
