INVITATION TO BID
The State of Florida, Department of Military Affairs (DMA), Construction & Facility Management Office (CFMO) requests bids from State of Florida registered General or Building Contractors (GC) for the following project located at Miami FMS #1, Miami, FL.

PROJECT: 219003 Miami FMS #1 Life Cycle Renovation
FUNDING: The State of Florida's performance and obligation to pay under this contract is contingent upon availability of funding and an annual appropriation by the Legislature.
BID OPENING DATE: As stated on the Vendor Bid System (late bids will not be accepted)
MANDATORY PRE-BID/SITE VISIT DATE: As stated on the Vendor Bid System
GENERAL STATEMENT OF WORK: Renovation of the 7,100 square foot Miami FMS #1 facility. Services include, but not limited to: Convert existing library into new ADA accessible unisex toilet, shower and lockers; Install new finishes and fixtures; Add new water and waste piping to accommodate new restroom in phased process as per the specifications; Re-roof entire building and reroute existing roof drainage to use scuppers and downspouts versus existing interior roof drains; Install new LED lighting in vehicle bays; Add 3 new data drops in vehicle bays; Paint all interior walls and doors;
The Department reserves the right to reject any and all submissions or accept minor irregularities in the best interest of the DMA.
