The Department of Financial Services (“DFS”) has published an addendum to the Enhanced Biennial Rule Review, initially published on December 1, 2011. The addendum is the Chief Financial Officer’s certification that DFS has received no objections from the public to the Rule Review published pursuant to the requirements of Section 120.745(5), F.S. No amendments to the Enhanced Biennial Rule Review Report have been made due to public objections. The certification can be accessed at: http://www.myfloridacfo.com/2011_ Rule_Review.
