NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that on June 28, 2012, the Department of Health, received a petition for variance from Bryan Turner, President, representing TNT Enterprises. Specifically, the petitioner seeks a variance from subsection 64E-6.009(7), subparagraph (7)(a)4., paragraph (7)(d), Florida Administrative Code, which requires innovative system testing before alternative system approval is requested, testing results to show empirical data showing results of Florida testing, alternative drainfield products to be sized the same as gravel systems.
