Reemployment Services and Vocational Evaluations
Pursuant to Chapter 2012-135, Laws of Florida, effective July 1, 2012, the Department of Financial Services, Division of Workers’ Compensation assumes the responsibility of providing reemployment services and vocational evaluations to eligible injured employees as provided in Section 440.491, Florida Statutes. The Department is interested in contracting with one or more public or private entities that are qualified to provide reemployment services and/or vocational services to eligible injured employees.
