FLORIDA CATEGORICAL EXCLUSION NOTICE
ALLIGATOR PARK, INC.
The Florida Department of Environmental Protection (DEP) has determined that the Alligator Park, Inc. project to connect to the City of Punta Gorda’s water system is not expected to generate controversy over potential environmental effects. The total estimated cost of the project is $900,000, including a $635,000 charge to connect to the City’s water system. The project may qualify for a Drinking Water State Revolving Fund loan composed of federal and state funds. DEP will consider public comments about the environmental impacts of the proposed project that are postmarked or delivered at the address below within 30 days of this notice.
