The Department of Environmental Protection announces public meetings to which all persons are invited.

GENERAL SUBJECT MATTER TO BE CONSIDERED: The Department’s Division of Environmental Assessment and Restoration (DEAR) is holding public meetings in several locations throughout the state to present the revised assessment lists for the Group 3 basins, developed pursuant to Chapter 62-303, Florida Administrative Code. The revised assessment lists include changes based on public comments and new data received since the public meetings held in January/February 2016, and will be available on the Department’s Watershed Assessment website (www.dep.state.fl.us/water/watersheds/assessment/index.htm) by July 15, 2016. The lists also can be provided upon request to interested parties by mail or email distribution. Any comments and/or questions on the revised assessment lists should be submitted by August 8, 2016.
