PURPOSE AND EFFECT: To conform to SB-1028, which adds Schools of Hope operated by a Hope operator to the list of charter schools eligible to apply for charter school capital outlay. Specifically, this change revises the charter school capital outlay application (Form IEPC-CO1) to add Schools of Hope to the menu of eligible entities.
