PURPOSE AND EFFECT: The purpose and effect is to establish an initial retired status license fee.

Any person who wishes to provide information regarding a statement of estimated regulatory costs, or provide a proposal for a lower cost regulatory alternative must do so in writing within 21 days of this notice.

The following fees are prescribed by the Board.
(1) through (15) No change.
(16) The initial retired status license fee shall be fifty dollars ($50.00).
