NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Florida Building Commission has received the petition for declaratory statement from the Town of Pembroke Park. The petition seeks the agency’s opinion as to the applicability of Section 606, Florida Building Code, Mechanical 5th edition (2014) as it applies to the petitioner.
Petitioner seeks clarification in regards to the placement of smoke duct detectors for air conditioning and exhaust systems.
