NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that on June 29, 2020, the Department of Health, received a petition for variance from Tillman & Associates Engineering, LLC, on behalf of Golden Ocala Mobile Home Park. The petitioner seeks a variance from paragraph 64E-15.002(2)(a), Florida Administrative Code, requiring each mobile home space designated for a single section mobile home to contain a minimum of 2,400 square feet with a minimum 35-foot width.
