The Department of Environmental Protection announces a workshop to which all persons are invited.

GENERAL SUBJECT MATTER TO BE CONSIDERED: This is a rule development workshop to discuss proposed changes to Chapter 62-701, F.A.C., Solid Waste Management Facilities. The first part of the workshop will focus on rules relating to waste processing facilities, including the creation of a general permit for indoor facilities. The second part of the workshop will address other potential changes to the rule. The workshop will also be available via webinar.
