NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that on July 3, 2013, the Florida Real Estate Commission has received the petition for declaratory statement from Peter Spiropoulos. The petition seeks the agency's opinion as to the applicability of Rule 61J2-10.025 as it applies to the petitioner.
