    NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that on July 09, 2013, the Board of Physical Therapy Practice, received a petition for a variance or waiver of subparagraphs 64B17-3.001(3)(b)1.-3., F.A.C., filed by Luiza Caparelli, which requires foreign graduates to have received a determination that their educational credentials are equivalent to the education required for licensure as a physical therapist in the United States as determined by the Foreign Credentialing Commission on Physical Therapy or other Board –approved credentialing agency.
