    PURPOSE AND EFFECT: The purpose of this rulemaking is to adopt a rule to provide procedures for determining whether carbon monoxide hazards from boilers, regulated under Chapter 554, Florida Statutes, in public lodging establishments that contain sleeping rooms have been adequately mitigated so that the establishment does not have to equip enclosed spaces or rooms containing regulated boilers with carbon monoxide sensor devices.
