NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that on July 11, 2013, South Florida Water Management District (District) received a request for withdrawal of a Petition for Waiver from Paul Venturelli regarding Application No. 13-0529-2M for utilization of Works or Lands of the District known as the C-51 Canal; Section 15, Township 44 South, Range 43 East, Palm Beach County. The District originally received the petition for waiver from Mr. Venturelli on May 29, 2013, and Notice of receipt of the petition was published in the Florida Administrative Weekly, Vol. 39, No. 111, on June 7, 2013. No public comment was received.
