NOTICE OF CHANGE

Notice is hereby given that the following changes have been made to the proposed rule in accordance with subparagraph 120.54(3)(d)1., F.S., published in Vol. 40, No. 76, April 18, 2014 issue of the Florida Administrative Register.

The changes are in response to comments submitted by the Joint Administrative Procedures Committee in a letter dated April 28, 2014. The changes are as follows:

 

61J1-10.003(1)(a) shall read as:

(1) Education requirement.

(a) An Bachelor’s Associate degree, or higher, from an accredited college, junior college, community college, or university; or

 

Subparagraph 61J1-10.003(1)(b)10. shall read as:

“Appraisal Subject Matter Electives (20 hours) which shall include six (6) hours of the Florida Laws and rules.”

Law Implemented shall read as: “ 475.613(2), 475.615(2), 475.617(2) FS.”
