NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that on June 1, 2015, the Board of Pharmacy received a petition for variance or waiver filed by Thomas R. Dyroff, R.Ph, on behalf of Center for Living Well, seeking a permanent waiver of the requirement of subsection 64B16-27.410(5), F.A.C., which requires that any pharmacy or any pharmacist may allow a supervision ratio of up to four (4) registered pharmacy technicians to one (1) pharmacist (4:1), as long as the pharmacist or pharmacy is not engaged in sterile compounding.
