64E-11.011Procedure When Infection Is Suspected
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that on March 12, 2015, the Department of Health, received a petition for Variance from subsection 64E-11.007(7), F.A.C., from Hunkerdown Hideaway, Anna M. Morris and Michael O. Switzer, owners, 7 S, Atlantic Avenue, 37C, Cocoa Beach, Florida 32931. This rule requires effective control measures to protect against the entrance into the food establishment, and the breeding or presence of the premises of rodents, flies, roaches, and other vermin. All openings to the outside air, including windows, doors, skylights, transoms, intake and exhaust ducts, are to be effectively protected against the entrance of flies and other flying insects by self-closing doors, closed windows, screening, controlled air currents or other effective means.
