NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Florida Building Commission has received the petition for declaratory statement from JC Code & Construction Consultants, Inc. The petition seeks the agency’s opinion as to the applicability of Sections R703.6.4 & R703.6.5, Florida Building Code 5th Edition (2014), Residential as it applies to the petitioner.

Petitioner seeks clarification as to whether stucco applications installed per ASTM C 926 as permitted under the Exception to Section R703.6.4 is compliance with Section R703.6.5 still required.
