Final Order, DEO-14-092
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Florida Department of Economic Opportunity issued Final Order Nos. DEO-14-092 on July 15, 2014, in response to applications submitted by Surrey Woods Townhome Association Inc. for covenant revitalization under Chapter 720, Part III, Florida Statutes.
The Department’s Final Order granted the applications for covenant revitalization after determining that the application met the statutory requirements for covenant revitalization.
