    GENERAL SUBJECT MATTER TO BE CONSIDERED: Emergency Board Meeting for consideration of settlement of BP oil spill litigation. With a vote of 7-0, the Board of Directors accepted $1.25 million in settlement and released claims against BP Oil and related entitles for economic damages incurred by the Deepwater Horizon oil spill. The emergency meeting was necessary due to short notice of the proposed settlement agreement and the court-imposed requirement of approval by July 15, 2015.
