GENERAL SUBJECT MATTER TO BE CONSIDERED: The meeting agenda will consist of approval of minutes of the State Board meeting held June 24, 2015. Updates will be provided by Superintendent Lori White on behalf of the Florida Association of District School Superintendents and President Eileen Holden on behalf of the Council of Presidents. Items for consideration include action relating to the following: Amendment to Rule 6A-5.030, District Instructional Personnel and School Administrator Evaluation Systems; New Rule 6A-5.0411, Calculations of Student Learning Growth for Use in School Personnel Evaluations; Amendment to Rule 6A-14.095, Site Determined Baccalaureate Access; Approval of Performance Funding for the Florida College System; Amendment to Rule 6A-10.040, Basic Skills Requirements for Postsecondary Career Certificate Education; and Amendment to Rule 6M-9.300, Child Care Resource and Referral and Consumer Education.
