The Construction Industry Licensing Board hereby gives notice:

Of the issuance of an Order regarding the Petition for Variance or Waiver, filed on March 26, 2015, by Mehdi Jalayer and Ye Zhou. The Notice of Petition for Waiver or Variance was published in Vol. 41, No. 62, of the March 31, 2015, Florida Administrative Register. Petitioner sought a waiver or variance of subsections 61G4-12.011(11), 61G4-12.011(12), 61G4-15.006(1), and 61G4-15.002(3), F.A.C., regarding the requirements for an individual seeking to become a financially responsibility officer. The Board considered the instant Petition at a duly-noticed public meeting held on April 10, 2015, in Tampa, Florida.

The Board’s Order, filed on June 10, 2015, hereby grants a waiver of the subject rules as requested by Petitioner.
