NOTICE OF CORRECTION

Notice is hereby given that the following correction has been made to the proposed rule in Vol. 45 No. 123, June 25, 2019 issue of the Florida Administrative Register.

In the SUMMARY OF STATEMENT OF ESTIMATED REGULATORY COST AND LEGISLATIVE RATIFICATION, the reference to the “Board” should be changed to the “Council.”

 

Additionally, the NAME OF PERSON ORIGINATING PROPOSED RULE and the NAME OF AGENCY HEAD WHO APPROVED THE PROPOSED RULE should be changed to the “Regulatory Council of Community Association Managers.”
