NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Board of Nursing has received the petition for declaratory statement from John P. McDonough, on July 10, 2019. The petition seeks the agency's opinion as to the applicability of Section 456.072 or 464.018, Florida Statutes as it applies to the petitioner.

The Petitioner seeks a Declaratory Statement from the Board as to whether the use of the phrase “Nurse anesthesiologist” as a descriptor of him or his practice would subject his Florida nursing licenses to discipline under Section 456.072 or 464.018, Florida Statutes. Except for good cause shown, motions for leave to intervene must be filed within 21 days after the publication of this notice.
