64B5-2.013Dental Examination
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that on July 11, 2024, the Board of Dentistry,, received a petition for variance or waiver filed by Benyamin IIyayev regarding paragraph 64B5-2.013(1)(b), F.A.C., which requires all parts of the ADEX shall be completed within eighteen (18) months from the initial start of any portion of the examination. A failure to complete all parts of the examination within eighteen (18) months will require the applicant to retake the entire examination. The petitioner is requesting an extension to complete the ADEX examination within the required timeframe. The Petitioner request that the board accept their temporary extension until July 1, 2025, to allow sufficient time to prepare and retake the required components of the ADEX examination, specifically endodontics and prosthodontics. Comments on this petition should be filed with the Board of Dentistry within 14 days of publication of this notice.
