NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that on June 25, 2009, the Board of Massage Therapy, received a petition for waiver or variance of subsection 64B7-28.009(3), F.A.C., from Ross A. Pachmayr, with respect to the 12 hours of continuing education via live classroom instruction which includes hands on instruction or demonstration due to his wife’s medical condition which prohibits him from attending at this time.
