NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that on June 25, 2009, the Division of Hotels and Restaurants, Bureau of Elevator Safety, received a petition for a temporary variance from unreferenced A17.3 rules requiring new ground hall station, new car station housing, ADA compliant phone, platform guard and new controller until 2010.
