    PURPOSE AND EFFECT: Makes clarifying changes and adds an additional ground for revocation of registration of political committees or electioneering communications organizations. Requires that the initial notice of intent to revoke be sent to both the entity's chairperson or top-ranking principal officer and registered agent. Provides procedures for revocation when the initial notice of intent to revoke is returned undeliverable.
