NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Florida Building Commission has received the petition for declaratory statement from Ridgeway Plumbing Inc. The petition seeks the agency's opinion as to the applicability of Section 504.7, Florida Building Code, Plumbing and Section 2801.5, Florida Building Code (2010) as it applies to the petitioner.
Petitioner seeks clarification as to whether a water heater installed in a garage at the same interior floor elevation is required to have a pan.
