    The Gear, Trap Construction, Commercial Trap Marking Requirements, Trap Working Regulations, Trap Transfer announces a hearing to which all persons are invited.

    GENERAL SUBJECT MATTER TO BE CONSIDERED: This notice continues a public hearing on a proposed amendment to Rule 68B-13.008, F.A.C. to a future meeting. The proposed amendment modifies the allowable dimensions for stone crab traps and trap throats in Collier, Monroe, and Miami-Dade counties. The proposed amendment, which was noticed in Volume 41, Number 92 of the Florida Administrative Register on May 12, 2015, was heard at the June 23-25, 2015 Commission meeting as noticed and the public hearing on the proposed rule will continue at the Commission’s next regular meeting, which will occur at the date, time, and place above.
