UPDATED REQUEST FOR PROPOSAL

South Florida Community Care Network, LLC (SFCCN) issued a Request for Proposal (RFP) for Insurance Broker Services as Vol. 41, No. 132, on July 9, 2015.  The Notice is updated as follows:

Requests for a copy of the RFP must be made in writing no later than 2:00 p.m., ET, July 27, 2015 to the attention of Donna Steinberg (information below).

Interested vendors may participate in a Question & Answer conference call on July 22, 2015, 1:00 p.m., ET by dialing: [phone], ID/CODE: 2070369495.

Responses to the RFP must be filed with SFCCN no later than 12:00 Noon, ET, August 3, 2015, by sending responses to the following:
