The Department of Health School Psychology hereby gives notice: Of the issuance of an Order granting the petition for Variance or Waiver, filed on May 30, 2018, by Kathryn M. Bobby. The Notice of Petition for Waiver or Variance was published on June 8, 2018, in Vol. 43, No. 112, of the Florida Administrative Register. No comments were received in response to the petition. Petitioner sought a variance or waiver from the examination score requirements of Rule 64B21-500.011, F.A.C. The Department’s Order, filed on July 16, 2018, granted the Petitioner’s request because the Petitioner demonstrated that she complied with the underlying statute requiring the school psychology testing agency to send examination scores directly to the Department by having the state of South Carolina and the National Association of School Psychology (NASP), both of which originally received her examination score directly from the testing agency, send the examination score directly to the Department.
