    62-604.400Design/Performance Considerations

    The Department of Environmental Protection hereby gives notice: that on July 6, 2018, the Spring Lake Improvement District Wastewater Treatment Facilities (Permit No. FLA997668-002-DWF/VO; OGC No. 18-0212) withdrew its Petition for a Variance. The Petition for Variance was received on April 18, 2018. Notice of receipt of the Petition was published in the Florida Administrative Register on May 3, 2018. The petition requested a variance from subparagraph 62-604.400(2)(a)1, F.A.C., which requires that emergency pumping capability shall be provided for all pump station that receive flow from one or more pump stations through a force main or pump station discharging through pipes 12 inches or larger.
