    65C-46.011Personnel and Staffing Requirements

    The Department of Children and Families hereby gives notice: An order was issued disposing of the petition for waiver of subparagraph 65C-46.011(8)(a)1., Florida Administrative Code, from Namon Wright. The Notice of Variances and Waivers was published in Vol. 50, No. 113 of the Florida Administrative Register on June 10, 2024. Subparagraph 65C-46.011(8)(a)1. requires executive directors hired after July 1, 1987 to have a bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university and at least three (3) years of experience in management or supervision.

    The petition was granted on June 26, 2024 because Petitioner demonstrated a substantial hardship and that the purpose of the underlying statutes will be achieved.
