PURPOSE AND EFFECT: This rulemaking amends the medical physicist application to eliminate references to the Advisory Council of Medical Physicists, remove the medical errors course requirement for licensure, and establishes a temporary license for medical physicists who have completed a residency program as required by recently enacted legislation.
