NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that on July 11, 2016, the Department of Business and Professional Regulation, Division of Hotels and Restaurants, Bureau of Elevator Safety, received a petition for Bayside Condominium at 800 Bayway Blvd., Clearwater, FL. Petitioner seeks a variance of an unspecified Section of A17.3, as adopted by subsection 61C-5.001(1), Florida Administrative Code, that requires upgrading the elevators with firefighters’ emergency operations which poses a significant economic/financial hardship.
