NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that on July 16, 2018, the Department of Business and Professional Regulation, Division of Hotels and Restaurants, Bureau of Elevator Safety, received a petition for Capital Commerce Center at 2601 Blairstone Rd., Tallahassee, FL. Petitioner seeks an emergency variance of the requirements of Rules 204.2c and 211.3a(3), ASME A17.1b, 1992 edition, as adopted by Rule 61C-5.001, Florida Administrative Code, that requires Ventilation and Phase I emergency recall operation which poses a significant economic/financial hardship.
