The Florida Fish & Wildlife Conservation Commission announces a hearing to which all persons are invited.
DATE AND TIME: September 4 – September 6, 2013, 8:30 a.m. each day
PLACE: Crowne Plaza Pensacola Grand Hotel, 200 East Gregory Street, Pensacola, Florida 32502
GENERAL SUBJECT MATTER TO BE CONSIDERED: This is a continuation of the final public hearing on proposed amendments to the boating restricted areas in Pinellas County. The final public hearing on this subject began on June 11, 2013, at the Lakeland Commission meeting and will conclude at the date and time above. An error with the digital mapping software used to create the maps for the Notice of Proposed Rule has resulted in the need to make small changes to the rule language and maps to ensure their accuracy. The Commission is expected to make a final decision on the rule at the meeting.
