    NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Board of Chiropractic Medicine has received the petition for declaratory statement from Cole Streets, on behalf of Sports and Spine, Inc. filed on July 18, 2016. The petition seeks the agencys opinion as to the applicability of Section 460.403(9)(f), Florida Statutes, as it applies to the petitioner.

    The Petitioner is seeking the Board’s interpretation regarding whether “dry needling” falls within the definition of acupuncture. Except for good cause shown, motions for leave to intervene must be filed within 21 days after the publication of this notice.
